Mr. Ortiz leads investment
technical due diligence and ongoing innovation for Falcon
Cyber Investments. He has over thirty years of
experience working on technology, business, and public
sector issues. He is frequently quoted in national
publications like The Wall Street Journal, the Los
Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, The Washington Post,
Univision, CNN and FOX News.
In 2005 he was Vice President of Global Public Sector Strategy and Business Development at Siebel Systems, Inc., and held various global leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP through 2002. While at PwC Consulting, he was responsible for the global business relationship with Microsoft where he secured over $2 billion in go-to-market commitments. PwC Consulting was at the time one of the world’s largest consulting organizations, with over $6 billion in global revenues and more than 35,000 consultants in 70 countries serving more than half the Fortune Global 500 public companies.
Mr. Ortiz served as Founding Associate Member of the National Conference of Hispanic Legislators and served in the Century Campaign Steering Committee of the Red Cross National Capital Region. He previously served as Vice-Chairman of the Hispanic National Bar Foundation’s Fundraising Committee and is a past member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
